ARD Services

The consultancy service is one of ARD program which aims to build capacity and initiate new approach for all people in Cambodian Society so that they are able to contribute much more effective improvement to their projects, institutions, and communities. The specific fields of ARD services includes as the following:

Training: Building and Improving capacity of NGO staffs on Organizational and Project management in order to manage and implement the project effectively. The training subjects which ARD provides are closely involved in Ecological Agriculture and Rural Development, Natural Resource and Environment Management, and Accountability and Good Governance. With our qualified and experienced trainers, all trainees receive best knowledge and experience.

Survey/Research: To find out strength and weakness and Identify key issues with appropriate solution and recommendation. The subjects of Survey and Research which ARD provides to your NGO/Institution are closely involved in Livelihood Situation, Agriculture, Rural Development, and Natural Resource and Environment Management.

Strategic Planning and Project Evaluation: To set up or develop strategic plan of your organization/institution to fit your current organizational/institutional vision and mission, ARD is also providing evaluation service for your projects to identify the impact and lesson learnt with suitable recommendation for improvement the next phase of your projects.

Translation and Interpretation: ARD will assist you/your NGO/Institution to translate and interpret any documents/speech/conversation (at your target areas) from English to Khmer and from Khmer to English.

The translation and Interpretation of ARD is specific to all assignments related to the Agriculture, Rural Development, Natural Resource and Environment, Good Governance, and Decentralization and Deconcentration.
