Action for Research and Development (ARD)
is a not-for-profit
research and development non governmental organization specialized
in the field of human resource development, ecological agriculture
and rural development with natural resource and environment
sustainable manner. The organization motto is Capacity Quality
and Transparency, which reflects our high determination and
accountability to accomplish our mission with greater results to
benefit our targeted group and build a good model to follow.
Building Capacity
ARD is a specialized NGO focused on Capacity Building for NGO Staffs, Young Graduates, and Local People through organizing training courses on necessary skills related to the Community Development, Ecological Agriculture, Natural Resource and Environment. The Trainers are ARD staffs and resource persons from specialized NGOs who have many years of experiences in working for NGOs on related fields. more...
Services
The consultancy service is one of ARD programs which aims to build capacity and initiate new approach for all people in Cambodian Society so that they are able to contribute much more effective improvement to their projects, institutions, and communities . The specific fields of ARD services are included:
1. Training: Building and Improving capacity of NGO staff to be able to manage and implement the project effectively
2. Survey/Research: To find out strength and weakness, and to identify key issues with appropriate solution and recommendation.

Library at ARD office is opening for all learners to search and borrow documents at every working hours from Monday to Friday.
